BRYNN HEATON
Violin | Guitar | Ukulele
Brynn has studied the violin for over ten years, and is continuing her education at Brigham Young University, pursuing a degree in Commercial Music. She studied privately with Kristi Manno, as well as chamber music with William Fedkenheuer (University of Texas at Austin). She has done masterclasses and camps with Brian Lewis, Jinjoo Cho, Jenny Oaks Baker, Katie Lansdale (Boston Conservatory) and Gary Capozziello (Hartford Symphony Orchestra). Her training has led her to play in many concerts and ensembles at regional, state, and national levels. She has had the opportunity to play at Carnegie Hall and in London.
In addition to her violin training, Brynn has studied piano and voice. She also plays the guitar and ukulele.
Brynn strives to build an environment for her students where they can feel confident, comfortable, and heard. Her passion for music is contagious and flows to her students getting them excited to not only play, but practice as well. Her goal is to not only guide a student's musical journey but also nurture their personal growth, aiming to help them become a better person alongside becoming a skilled musician.
