Jay has studied ukulele for 17 years and guitar for 9 years. Raised on the North Shore of Oahu, he gained a love of music through the culture there on the island. He currently is an independent music artist and releases his own music.

Jay strives to make sure his students genuinely enjoy their experience. He has a fun personality and focuses on music the student personally enjoys. He encourages creativity. Perfect for any student also interested in learning to write their own music.
